FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL $200/NIGHT FEE FOR SOME SPEAKER RENTALS?
This fee is charged to cover additional expenses including delivery**, set up and tear down of the equipment, as well as sound tech operations by a PPP staff member for the duration of the event (up to 8 hours).
This fee may be waived if an educated sound tech will be working the event and is regularly monitoring levels and the sound board. In this scenario, pick up and return (to Vernon BC), and set up of all equipment is the responsibility of the renter.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGEÂ SOMETHING I RENTED?
Every piece of equipment is quality tested prior to each rental, and again upon its return. Any gear returned with damage must be replaced or repaired at the renters expense.

HOW DO RENTALS AND PAYMENT WORK?
After reaching out to us about your event, we will discuss the equipment needed and an invoice will be sent out to the email provided. A deposit of 50% of the invoice total is to be paid upon confirmation of the invoice. Once the deposit is received, the rental will be considered as BOOKED, with the invoice acting as a contract. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon delivery of the rented equipment, prior to set up for the show. Failure to provide the second half of payment upon delivery will void the rental contract, and forfeit the initial deposit to Party Pineapple Productions. The rental contract can be cancelled up until 48 hours prior to the rental date with the deposit fully refunded.
Rentals that do not include delivery and set up require payment to be made in full before the rental is considered BOOKED with the invoice acting as a contract. These rental contracts can be cancelled up until 48 hours prior to the rental date for a full refund. No equipment can be picked up without payment of the invoice in full.
